Thank you so much for taking the time to explore my site and view samples of my work which range across different creative fields. I've always been an artistic and creative individual, so I have often dreamed of having a career that will allow me to share my talents and develop new experiences. I'm seeking an opportunity that combines my passion of media production with the growing demands of communication.

My desire to work in a creative field has been a dream of mine since I was a child. I grew up in the small town of London, Ohio where I spent my time studying and exercising my love of Art. I graduated in 2008 from Madison Plains High School as a member of The National Honor Society with a Diploma of Honors and Award of Merit. From there, I attended Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio with the original intent of pursuing a degree in Commerical Art. However, I accepted a slight career change and chose to study Media Production where I could learn about Multimedia platforms and Communication studies. During my time at Ashland, I became heavily involved with the campus radio and TV station working in various positions and leadership roles. Outside of class, I spent time participating in my sorority, Phi Mu, where I held officer positions and raised money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. On May 5, 2012 I graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media Production and Speech Communication. 

 

Since my graduation I have been taking time to learn new skills and new trends in social media. I've dedicated myself to studying social media marketing using the tools I have already developed in multimedia and communications research. I currently exercise these skills by serving as the Director of Public Relations for the North Central Ohio Phi Mu Alumnae Chapter. I also manage my own blog, Devotional Danielle, which is dedicated to sharing messages of inspiration and positive living. Recently I have accepted two new positions in the Central Ohio area that are allowing me opportunities to grow, and showcase my skills. Since March of 2015, I have been serving as a Social Media Specialist and Copywriter for KatBro Consulting in Columbus, Ohio. This position has allowed me to strengthen my skills in Social Media Management, as well as enhance my knowledge of Marketing and Public Relations. My latest life changer, as been accepting a Sales Consultant position with Pro Printing, also in Columbus. I'm building customer relationships through the business, and learning about the graphics/printing industry. I'm currently aiding with the development of their website and social media networks- which has been an amazing experience! 

 

I can honestly say that I believe my life is heading in the right direction, and each day I remain positive about the good changes that are coming my way. I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of my family and friends. I look forward to each day with new hope and a new perspective.
